O Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE) suspendeu o aporte de R$ 32 milhões para América-MG , Atlético-MG e Cruzeiro . A decisão atende a um pedido do governador eleito, Cleitinho Azevedo (Republicanos) , que questionou a medida anunciada em setembro, pelo governo Mateus Simões (PSD), dias após a Governo Federal proibir a operação e publicidade das bets, principal fonte de arrecadação dos clubes.
